Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Yalavia marketing pages: the pages that describe Yalavia, its prices and its demo, the form to book a call, and email you send us about them (together, the "site"), run by Pinnacle Ethos LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. The Yalavia service itself is governed by the written agreement or invoice for each group, not by these terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Yalavia and contact us. Do not misuse it: no automated scraping that degrades the site, no attempts to break its security, and no false or misleading submissions. The site's content, logos and images belong to Pinnacle Ethos LLC or are quoted from the sources named next to them, and may not be reused without permission.

Forms and calls

When you email us, submit a form or book a call, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. Booking a call creates no obligation for either side.

Prices and deposits

Prices on the site are list prices in US dollars and may change. A booking is binding only when we both accept a written order or invoice, which governs the service. The deposit terms on the site at the date above: a $500 deposit holds your date and is applied to the invoice; it is refundable up to 30 days before the event's start date and not refundable after that; the balance is due when the group opens, charged automatically to the card on file.

The demo

The demo is a sample Yalavia app filled with invented people and an invented trip. It may change or reset without notice. Do not enter real personal information into it.

Marketing email

When you use the form, we reply to your request. If you tick the box labelled:

Keep me posted by email from Pinnacle Ethos about future Pinnacle Ethos events and occasional Pinnacle Ethos news. Pinnacle Ethos will email me a Confirm link first. I can unsubscribe anytime.

we also send you one email with a link to a Confirm button, and we send marketing email about future Pinnacle Ethos events and occasional Pinnacle Ethos news only after you press it. The box is never pre-ticked and is not required. Every marketing email has a link to manage your email preferences or unsubscribe. Emails about a request you submitted are not marketing email.

Text messages (SMS)

The form on the site does not currently offer a text message opt-in. If we offer one and you opt in and confirm, for example by replying YES, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Pinnacle Ethos about future Pinnacle Ethos events and occasional Pinnacle Ethos news at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@yalavia.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. After you opt in, we send one message asking you to confirm and nothing else until you do.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided for information, as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pinnacle Ethos LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demo. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply going forward.
