For chambers, economic development offices and consulate programs

The booklet is out of date by day two. The WhatsApp group is noise by day three. After the trip, the group is gone.

One private, branded app per event or trip: photos, people and connections kept 12 months, promised in writing; and, included in the plan, a consent-logged opt-in into your CRM.

Built for intercity leadership visits, DC fly-ins, trade missions and consulate delegations of 50 to 500 people.

We reply within one working day with a time.

"Printing glossy, custom booklets for each delegation was time-consuming and costly." "Changes to itineraries required creating inserts or new print materials, delaying communication." Guidebook's case study of AJC Project Interchange, on its delegations before the app. Read October 2026.

What the organizer gets

Ready before the first briefing

We open your site; you set up the rest yourself in the admin, included, or have us load it for you: $750 per group, optional. The program, roster, people, photos, network, press accounts and the export are in the demo today. The Keep me posted opt-in is built and included in the plan; it is not switched on in the demo or live for clients.

Program builder

Stops by day with time, place and map link. Change a stop and every phone has it; no inserts, no reprint.

Roster import

Import the roster as a CSV file (any spreadsheet exports one), or add people one by one. Delegates, staff and hosts are in before anyone signs in; you approve anyone who asks to join.

Press accounts, view only

Included: a sign-in for journalists on the trip with the program, the fact sheet and the photos cleared for press. They see only the members who said press may contact them.

Opt-in into your CRM, consent logged

Included: a delegate who ticks "Keep me posted" reaches your contact list only after clicking Confirm in the email, with the sentence they agreed to, the version and the time attached. Nobody is exported. Members are never leads.

The group stays open 12 months

Directory, photos and connections stay with the group for the year after the last day, included. The next edition is announced to a group that is still open.

Export of the whole group

Included: one download of the group as a ZIP file you keep, with the program, people, consents, board, events, announcements and photos, at no cost. Photo sets over 500 MB come in parts or on request; one-to-one messages are never exported. Ask us and we delete the group's data.

Proof

It grew out of a delegation

Yalavia started as the members' site for one delegation: 236 people from the October 2026 Flightech trip to Israel, with state delegations, press and business networking on it. The opt-in flow, the press accounts and the business cards were first proven on the Israel site; they are now built into the platform and not yet live for clients.

The program it came from

"Israel on Monday hosted 250 entrepreneurs, investors and technology leaders from all 50 U.S. states at the Israeli Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem." The Flightech delegation is part of the Foreign Ministry's "50 States, One Israel" initiative, launched in September 2025.

JNS, October 20, 2026

A program that repeats

The 2025 edition brought lawmakers: "A bipartisan delegation of 250 elected officials attended the conference, representing all 50 states."

What delegates already pay

Minneapolis and St. Paul chambers' 2026 InterCity Leadership Visit: "$3,200 per person includes hotel and meals". Fort Worth Chamber's 2026 DC fly-in: "$1,100 per person" early, "$1,200 per person" regular. The app is a rounding error on the fee.

No per-integration fee, no required add-ons. Done-for-you setup: $750 per group, optional.

After the included 12 months, renew by the year at 25% of your band's price.

A 236-person delegation

$3,750

The 101 to 250 band: the trip and the 12 months after it. Self-serve setup included; done-for-you $750 per group, optional.

Year two, if you want the group kept open: $937.50 for the year.

Hold a date

$500 deposit holds your date and is applied to the invoice. Refundable up to 30 days before the trip starts; not refundable after that. The balance is due when the group opens, charged to the card on file.

Questions organizers ask
We are a public body. What about public records?

The plan includes an export of your group as one ZIP file you keep: the program, people, consents, board, events, announcements and photos, at no cost. One-to-one messages are never exported. You can also ask us to delete the group's data.

Who owns the data?

You do. Pinnacle Ethos runs the app for you and holds the data only to do that. Opted-in contacts land in your own CRM, not ours. When the agreement ends, you take the export and can ask us to delete our copy.

Who sees what?

Only people you approved, after they accept the group's terms. Each member decides whether their email or phone shows; with press accounts and business cards, also whether press may contact them and whether their card is listed at all. Nothing in the group is public and nothing is indexed by search engines.

How do journalists fit in?

Press accounts, included in the plan, are view only: the program, a fact sheet you edit, the photos the uploader cleared for press with credit, and the members who agreed to be contacted. They cannot message, post, download other photos or see anyone else's card.

Our people already have a WhatsApp group.

Keep it. The app holds what a chat cannot: the program that updates itself, the directory, the photos filed by day, and the people who said yes to hearing from you again. Members' chats stay on WhatsApp through a Join link.
